Contact Lifeline of the Highland Rim, a program of the Family Counseling Center of Middle Tennessee, is an accredited local 24-hour helpline service free to residents of Bedford, Coffee, Franklin, Grundy, Lincoln, Moore and Warren counties in Tennessee. We offer free crisis intervention, referral, reassurance and educational services to all who are in need through our 24-hour Crisis line, Teen2Teen Crisis line, Reassurance programs and QPR (Question Persuade and Refer) Suicide Prevention training .
We are funded through United Way of Franklin County, local churches and organizations and through donors like you. All donations go directly toward keeping our phone lines open for all who call and to maintain our Reassurance Program and QPR Training free to the general public. If you, too, would like to donate please click on the donate button above.
We strive to make every caller "feel" like what they are going through is not unusual or unheard of. We show Christ through our actions by listening without judgement. It is our aim to offer Hope in any form so that the caller knows they are not a lone in any crisis situation they may be experiencing.
As our telephone work base is all volunteer we do not offer counseling services or medication management over the phone.
